Having held senior leadership roles in sales and revenue management during previous periods of uncertainty and depressed demand, Scott brings a unique view on what has worked, what hasn’t, and how to properly position strategy to quickly pivot and capture demand faster than your competition. At Sabre, Scott is lending his industry experience to help inform the next generation of hospitality technology solutions.

Nathan Brooks leads CWT’s global business and commercial strategy for hotel and M&E supplier management. Nathan brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his role. Nathan previously managed teams within travel consulting and media, airline, and hotel relations, most recently with a significant online travel company. He is passionate about developing win-win supplier partnerships, ensuring that success metrics are achieved by all parties. He looks towards long-term partnerships, driving continued opportunities for growth throughout the partnership journey.

Rande Gross

Director of Business Travel Services | Sabre Hospitality Solutions

Rande Gross leads SHS’s product team focused on driving innovation in the areas of Business Travel, Consortia, RFP, and GDS Media. She has spent more than 15 years in the hospitality industry with a career spanning sales, account management, and product management, and previously lent her expertise to growing markets at Travelocity. She is deeply committed to providing customers with the product they needs and the experience they deserve.

Phillip Peña

Director, Global Corporate Sales & Sales Ops | Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Executive Board Member | GBTA

Phillip Peña leads the corporate segment sales strategy and sales teams globally for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. He also directly manages and oversees key global corporate accounts in the US and UK, providing direction and support across Global Sales systems. Phillip has been with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for 7.5 years. Prior to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, he served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Hotel Program & Ground Transportation at Citigroup. Phillip is the Former Vice-Chair on the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Accommodations Committee and is a mentor in the GBTA Ladders Program. He is currently serving as a GBTA Executive Board Member.
