Consortia Season: Boosting visibility + timelines you can’t afford to miss

Spring is in the air… as are Consortia contracts. Although being a part of the right program can be a highly successful way to attract corporate travelers, many hoteliers find this time of year challenging. Join us for this webinar as we discuss best practices on how to enhance your channel mix and select the right programs for your brand. We’ll leave you with tips on how to boost visibility and present a timeline to help get you through Consortia Season.

In this session, you’ll not only benefit from a comprehensive view of Travel Management Companies (TMC) and Consortia, but we’ll take a deep dive into Consortia programs and strategies. Among other things, you’ll learn:

  • What programs are available in the market place and which ones might fit your hotel.
  • Why it’s important to participate in a program and the evaluation criteria used to determine if you are a good fit for certain programs.
  • What to do and what not to do to ensure success in the programs for which your hotel has been selected.
  • How to evaluate ROI.
